No but really I believe it is only a matter of time before The Corporations coearce The Government to regulate the web in a manner like they do the radio spectrum, that is to license url's to corporate interests and make the price too high for most to afford. If you look at the history of Radio in the 20's and 30's, you see some very similar issues, and it all ended up in about 40 years with the FCC and NBC and CBS...
