After playing the game, honestly, the sexual stuff (which is the main concern anyway) is almost transparent with how big the game is, unless you know to look for it, you won't find it.
However, if your kid is in the 11,12,13+ age, they will probably know and it won't be anything they haven't already seen on the internet. We were all 12 once, and it wasn't hard then, it is even easier to see porn now.
Like has been stated time and time again... Bury your heads in the sand and don't get your children the game and they will play it somehow, someway, somewhere else... Or get the child the game, play it with them, and explain the consequences. Educate your children, expose them to it, they won't rebel to it later on and make stupid mistakes.
