Dude, look here (scroll down past the pictures of my cats). At one point I tracked down their phone number and put it on my website for the convenience of all. I also put Amazon's number there. There's an easy trick to finding any public company's phone number, which is to look at their SEC filings.
These are the two things whose absence from Linux consistently piss me off.
Virtually every app written for Linux now has some ridiculous set of dependencies on this huge complete graph of Gnome libraries, and if you go two weeks without upgrading your entire Gnome distribution, trying to compile the latest release of any app is futile. This is extremely annoying, but you can't really complain about it because you're not paying for it anyway.
And I also get annoyed when I can't figure out what the current proper administration tools are for a given Linux distribution, because they change from distribution to distribution and within distributions from release to release (though that may not be true for every distribution; I haven't tried them all).
Solaris has neither of these problems. I wish Sun hadn't announced that they were discontinuing development and support for Solaris x86.
