Qt (and KDE too) always had Motif widget style. Unfortunately, KDE shiped with Windows style by default (which has extremely ugly toolbars). Qt 2.x (and of course KDE 2) has both Motif and CDE styles. I've even converted some CDE color palletes to KDE color schemes. Looks nice ;-) -- This comment was posted with Konqy.
Yes! Install khotkeys, and asign command like this kfmclient openURL http://www.slashdot.org to some shortcut.
