Hmmmm. I thought the only restriction was on the EXPORT of encryption technology. AFAIK, US citizens have been able to use any strength encryption they can lay their hands on. They just aren't allowed to export the technology. So all the US government agencies really want to be able to do is 'snoop' on non-US citizens, who presumably are not protected by that holy-of-holies, the US Constitution.

Unfortunately, this model does not scale very well. I work in a support organisation, and having one or two subject experts doesn't work very well when every man and his dog is after them for answers or they decide to get sick or go on vacation.
I did exactly the same thing. Surprisingly, my latin class had some major babes that year as well. Fluked the pure mathematics exam instead to get the letters after my name.
If we had guns we could just go in there, shoot the lot of them, then hold new elections.
Gee, you 'mericans are so lucky to have the right to be able to do this enshrined in your constitution. We just have to abide by the law and rely on the checks and balances inherent in the system.
Info about a 25 minute short film being made by some australian fans, with Lucasfilm's blessing. I saw some clips of it last night on oz tv, and the effects are pretty good when you consider that they are doing it in their spare time.
Looks like you need to spend a fair whack to get any decent performance out of NT. From the Dell site the config they used comes to $40,617, except Dell only supply them with EDO RAM, so you have to add on the cost diff between 4GB EDO vs 4GB 100MHz ECC SDRAM.
Holders of world record in solar cell efficiency (~24%) They are working with Germany and Japan to provide rooftop systems to multi-thousand homes. Each rooftop installation provides up to 4KW peak power into the local electricity grid. Peak electricity needs are the most expensive to cater for when considering normal power stations. Example - California experiences peak power needs on hot sunny days when people most use aircon. Solar power generates most power on hot sunny days.
