On the other hand there are many types of real seat requests, such as aisle seat, window seat, seat 9a, business or premium seat, seat in row 24, infant without a seat, seat upgrade, seat change, seat availability and so on. Each of these requires learning and interfacing to the right APIs, which Evature does.
