They're an AT&T MVNO. LTE isn't supported, but HSPA+ is, and I've seen that exceed 10mbps.
Have been using them nearly a year with no problems, though I am not on the unlimited data plan myself. I spoke with customer service and they claim that unlimited data really is unlimited data.
