  1. Re:Speakeasy/Covad on Worst Explanation From Tech Support? · · Score: 1

I can only say that Speakeasy is the best ISP that I've ever worked with. They know their stuff and they really go out of their way to help.
I have personally switched at 4 friends to them.
On the onther hand, Verizon DSL is the biggest piece of shit in the world.
BTW I am only a Speakeasy customer. I don't work for them.

This is not irrelevant. vhfer is trying to say that the interference, posed by BPL, will by felt by everyone. And it will, since this technology is faulty. It doesn't matter if you live in Canada, USA of the moon.

If you shut up for a minute and listen, you might get it.

Well, I am sorry that Slack has taken away from some of your precious quality time.

Please relax, drink some warm milk, and use that baby pacifier that you obviously need.

One day when you grow up, we will let you play with Slackware.

    Oh puhleeeze...
Stop being such a coward and use a real name. I am putting it all online.

Let's go: feature for feature. Not just on install issues but all around stability, Slack is superior.

Ever tried upgrading X11 4.0.0 to 4.2.0 on Red Hat? Good luck. What a dep mess. I tried and I gave up.

Oh, and I know you can modify install files by hand on other distros. Duh! It is still Linux.

Take the hit dude. Slack is best.

Death to the lame distros. Real SA's do Slack.
Stupid RedHat and other GUI installs suck. If I wanted GUI I'd get a Mac.

I was there from the beginning. Slack is the best.

Give me Slack or give me Death!
