  1. No better on Moscow To Track Cell-phone Users In 2015 For Traffic Analysis · · Score: -1, Offtopic

The rest of the world is no better at this. Here in the U.S, we call it "National Security". I fisted a girl last week because I was searching for State Secrets in her cunt (atleast that is what I told her). The fact that Russia does it so brazenly and openly is what is most shocking than the actual .

Just get Obama to mandate that no one is allowed to exercise and no one should walk by taking short breaks at work.

Then you will see an immediate change in all of the U.S with droves of people running to the gym

Let me know when you have been to "developing" countries, where water comes on at 4 am (on random days at times) at a drip rate, and you have to scramble to fill your pots designated pots with water or you have no drinking water. This is assuming you live in a "city", and if you live outside of certain zones, then you are just screwed. I have lived this way for 17 years and I was the waterboy for my house. So, here in America, you are just spoiled rich bastards that don't know the value of many things, including whining and where it can land you at times. Stop your complaining and go see other 90% of the world. I would love to hear your opinions after your visit.

I live in GA, and I see that here the service is unregulated. Does that mean that my local municipality can build something out? If so, what is stopping them? I have either Cramcost or AT&T DSL, and I would like the option of Google or some other fiber. Please help me understand!

IF you think that is clever, let me introduce you to my dog. Being able to circumvent a silly little spam filter doesn't take a genius. I will not type out specific plans but there are many ways they can communicate that we cannot filter. We just have to hope that we are always vigilant and able to respond proactively at times and re-actively at times. This should be a good lesson for many who think that just tightening the bolts on privacy laws will help you catch the bad guys. It may catch one or ten, but you have given up so much more in return.

  7. Facts on NASA, NOAA: 2014 Was the Warmest Year In the Modern Record · · Score: 1

Most unbiased folks will agree that global warming is caused, atleast partially by human activity.

What I fail to understand (and please help understand out without trolling) is IF the "global warming alarmists" are wrong, the most you had to give up was driving your hummer for a more fuel effecient vehicle while living by a set of rules that might curb a few activities. Mind you I am not even saying that such acitivites will be eliminated, but curbed a little bit.

If the "global warming alarmists" are right, well, can you really afford to take that chance? Seeing that there is only one planet and if the ice age, and hell or whatever rains down on earth should be cause for alarm in my opinion. I don't even care to argue WHEN it will happen. Shouldn't the possibility that it will happen be enough?

There are too many people that try to game the system. If the law exists, it is easy to find a loophole.
I know too many people that "hire" people (friends of friends or whatever) just to get the hiring reward for example. The reservation system in India mandates that you have to hire people no matter how poorly they have done in school. So, there are too many people that simple cry "caste system is against me", if things don't go their way and once hired, try to get the US H1-B jobs because at the end of the day the jobs are more lucrative 1 dollar != 1 rupee.

I also know waaaaaay too many people who have built massive wealth in India by simply sending money home and buying up properties. The idea being that once they own 5 or 6 homes, they just "retire" and live off the rental properties or whatever. So many of these same people have said "I don't give a shit what happens to workers here, as long as it doesn't affect me in the near future".

The only problem has always been those pesky border patrol officers who deny entry for cap, but now, if the cap is lifted, it will open the flood gates for a lot of these uneducated / uncaring / opportunistic folks who only want what is best for themselves.
