Hat problems usually eliminate one possibility in the setup. The problem mentioned in the article is really a modified hat-type problem. That's why it doesn't have a nice answer.

That isn't the point. I don't use any of these services (although I did use hotmail before MS took it), but many of my friends regard me as an informed source when looking for any kind of computer advice.
I warned my friends who use Juno when I read their agreement, and I warned my MS friends a few days ago when the Reg broke this story. The relevancy is there.

Canola is simply a nicer sounding name for rapeseed, so that consumers will buy it. Sure not all strains of rapeseed are used for crops, but not all breeds of dog are used as pets either.

Our government has been guilty of this since the 50's, when a government-funded (read: socialist) school system was implemented. Every class that a child has, they are told that this is the right way to think, and this other way is wrong. Why does our government decide this for us?
The only way around this is to let the parents pick the school, and the school pick what kind of filters to have.
Every vote against vouchers is a vote to ignore our constitution. Don't be fooled into thinking that filtering porn is more oppressive than filtering Christianity, or filtering Buddhism.
