That suggest to me that DSL, Cable and Fiber are not included. Which, in turn means that google and the likes cannot hang their Fiber on the existing poles and towers free of charge, or a minimal controlled or reasonable charge.
Let's wait until 2/26 for the full-story before over exercising those knees?:)
