If you're going to post an article about some obscure bullshit nobody's ever heard of, you could at least give people some hint at WTF you're talking about. "RTMPE" doesn't even show up on Wikipedia. God forbid you elaborate your terse, two sentence summary.

ok, who gave this anonymous douchebag a +5 insightful when they didn't even have the common sense to use the google.

    good grief.

So what should the government do to take care of this 'catastrophe'? Nothing. That's right boys and girls, it's in fact the job of the people to raise their children. Parents need to go out and take the initiative to buy their kids games that are non-violent that keep their kids preoccupied and away from violent video games. You may say, "how do I manage to find one?" It's called online reviews and talking to game store employees. Now you've run out of excuses. Go out and raise your kids. If you can manage that.

yeah, no shit man. we have douchbags wanting to change gun laws and laws regarding video games because today's parents are too lazy to be parents.

ok...i can somewhat see the laws regarding violent video games, but only because i'm not too lazy to go out and rent my kid a game if i don't mind him playing it.

Yes, i would say that Bill suffers an illness of some sort. He may not have come across as a control freak but thats part of his stratigie. I've never enjoyed my freedom of computing choice more than i have in the last 3.5 years of using Linux. Thats empowerment. The complete freedom to choose. If Bill had his way, we would be stripped of that freedom and forced to live in his dictitatorial computing environment.

The only problem I have with the current printing
system is print quality. Documents and web pages
print pretty good. But if I want photo quality
output, i have to boot to windows.

This is most uncool. Printing graphics in linux on my epson stylus 600 is awful.

yup. i installed mwave drivers on my nephews win95 computer yesterday and had to reboot THREE times. ug.

then it didn't work and all i had to configure it with was graphical dialog boxes that told me everything was fine. god i hate windows.

    i agree 100%. but there's more.

i never attended college. i do very little programming. im just an end user. me and my
family use the computer to do regular, everyday things. and we use linux to do them.

my first pc came with dos. but i wanted more.

i got a 386 and installed windows. still wanted more.

i got a 486 and os2. this was very cool. but i still wanted more.

we're using linux now and couldn't be happier.

unix wasn't forced on me in a university and i
use it anyway. not because im a "weenie" but simply becaue i like it.

the source to thier most prized posession ?

    i think not.
