I was originally going to refute that previous silliness line for line, but why bother? That Anonymous Coward is obviously not an engineer nor has s/he ever been involved in product development. Furthermore, the A/C doesn't fully read (or comprehend) what s/he's responding to nor realize that knee-jerk assertions like "all the companies" or "just about every other" come across as positively infantile.
And to finish (with a flourish;) "..Samsung did it to copy iOS" ? Based on this level of technical knowledge I'd advice you to bring a friend and maybe a floating device when navigating out unto the internet.
