I'm highly concerned about this purchase. In my opinion, as a regular BSDi customer, I don't want them to change in the slightest. They offer the best/most knowledgeable/fastest customer service I've seen. Their sales staff are extremely knowledgeable, their tech support staff is quick and clued.
And just when I thought I've found the perfect server vendor...
