You treat "Devops"/Agile philosophy like a buffet and choose those elements that you like and disregard anything you don't as potentially slowing you down. getting in the way, or thinking that you are "smarter" somehow and then wonder why you don't get the desired results.
In the interest of equality which the moderators at Slashdot seem obsessively concerned with recently, isn't it incredibly sexist to refer to the shooters as "gunmen"?
