Developers at my last job started getting into XP a few months ago. However, even though they expressed interest (I think one developer was trying to rally the rest), only two or three that I'm aware of put it into practice.
What I don't get is, even after reading the basic Beck book, XP *still* seems like a manger's methodology to me... why are programmers jumping on board with such enthusiam? Did they never do unit tests before now?
