Sure fill their database with false info, my point is however that in doing so they place the onus on you to give accurate infomation, in essence commit fraud.
Personally I don't think they should be asking for detailed information to start with.
They ask you for _your_ email address. But all they require is _an_ email address. Besides, you have a throwaway webmail account for everything that asks for your address where there's a slight chance that they might actually need to use it to achieve something you want, right?
What you basically advocating is that its ok to be asked this information because you can lie.
I personally don't like to be forced into a situation where I must lie to protect my privacy.
