  1. 2087 on Kathleen Fent Read This Story · · Score: 0, Offtopic

2087 is the number break, if my memory serves me.

If a "User" of slashdot is temporarily disabling HOF in an attempt to stop this, I warn you that you are working in towards the goals of Osama bin Laden regardless of your good intentions. Your time would be much better spent utilizing your User priviledges to quickly post 400 comments in this thread and send it to the top, and then we will all go home.

    Thanks.

Speaking of K & R, have you ever noticed that Kernighan, Ritchie, RMS, and Alan Cox all look alike ?

This entire article is full of many Anonymous Coward posts which are utterly meaningless.

Yet the one that gets the -1 is the one that happens to be in a foreign language.

I sense some Xenophobia around here. At least this foreigner didn't want Osama bin Laden at the top the HOF. The moderator, however, should be interned in Cuba immediately.

    Excellent.

I was worried about having to report this Anonymous Coward guy to Cheney, but since he has posted here, it appears that although a Coward, he is a patriot.

A perl script is being written which will iterate through all user histories and put those having no Kathleen fent posts in the black list. Beware.

If you thought "Kernighan and Ritchie" when you read that then you are a nerd.

Look at the Hall of Fame. The stories above this one are all about Osama bin Laden. If you are not posting to the this story, then that means you support Osama bin Laden over Kathleen Fent.

Post to this thread now, so I won't have to report your name to Dick Cheney for incarceration at Guano Bay, Cuba.

Thanks, and with your help the scorge of terrorism will be eradicated from the HOF page once and forever.

Do not let the college kid intern give his friends accounts on a machine that can mount this volume so that they can run gnutella clients. Your terabytes of space will be filled with mp3's, pirated iso's of games, every episode of Star Trek X Files Simpsons and Seinfeld and Lexx and etc. ever broadcast, within days. Those guys will fill your space at a rate which can be calculated from the size of your internet pipe. They will go out and rent DVDs just to copy them to your space so they can re-download them everytime they want to watch it, screwing your bandwidth bill.

Don't ask how I know this. And no, I just deleted it all, so you can't look in there and poke around and see if they have any porn.

Please note the capitalizaton of OOG_THE_CAVEMAN. As a caveman, OOG must use a pre-bronze age Diablo daisy-wheel terminal, which happens to have the wheel lifter arm stuck in the shift position, making all text he sees in all caps. Since OOG cannot tell whether his shift is down or up, the fact that's it's been stuck down since 1983 is hidden from him.

Also as a caveman, OOG has a reduced frontal lobe. Normally this is not a handicap in discussions on slashdot. But it caused him to forget his password.
