    Did you try to get shitty with them? How can you guarantee that it won't work.

    For me, at least, it did. I told them that they could kiss my money good bye if I had to use IE to use the online bank. The next week I had a mail in my inbox saying that they were sorry and explaining things about "technica difficulties" etc.

    The only thing the banks are interested in is your money, as long as they think you'll keep them there they don't care about you at all.

    Well, there are other standards available, which aren't as functual when it comes to the result, but enthusiasts say that the procedure is just as good, or better.

    That would be Sjögren, and it's Swedish. It's not THAT hard to spell, is it? Ericsson is a Swedish surname too, but in this case it's the name of the company sponsoring the expedition, if I'm not mistaking.
    Strange thing is that the submitter is a swede...

    Next place I want to bring my computer is deep underwater while diving.

    Would an evil admin be able to report a "signature" as a source of spam, even if it's not? Probably.

    This project has a great idea behind it, but how does it work? A lot of the mail I get is spam, but the line between spam and wanted mail is often not very distinct.

    This project put a lot of trust to the admins as trusted and intelligent people. I hope this turns out well...

    Well, I think these countries are in need of scientists. They need people with higher education to develop a more stable economy. Why not instead put all american scientists (with all their funding) in countries with less opportunities to give money to research? This would give a lot of job opportunities as well.

    We pay approximately $0.5/h for internet access. With all the family using it we end up being ruined.

    Cable/ADSL access is ALOT cheaper.

    what about keyboard combinations such as ctrl-a-k? not that it does anything that I know of in a program, but it would be hard to hold down all those keys at the same time, right?
