Who would be paying the hosting company? There is maintenance of the servers + electricity + employee wages. Come on, really, does anyone here have a server laying around waiting to serve up pages? And who is going to pay for the bandwidth? Everyone wants a free ride in some form or fashion. And most people are willing to heap burdens on the shoulders of others that they themselves would/could never bear.
~ I would prefer those aroung me to think things through in an analytical fashion, or at least just think. Do I ask for too much?

MS would probably get down more with something in this realm. After adding the ASS-RAM, the next upgrade would have to be Bridged Access Loadable Library Sequencer.(BALLS) This would allow you to obtain libraries directly from MS in order to develop "innovative" solutions for the human body. Of course, if used to develop open source code, MS would promptly take your BALLS, but not before uploading a temporary contract directly into your ASS-RAM. In conclusion, if this all goes through, it is quite possible that Billy will be getting innovative on consumers' buttocks.

I honestly don't know too much about Linux, but I think you had a bad day and vented about things that you have no knowledge of. I would list many of these corporations, but I have friends in each. Also, I have a close friend who is a global network administrator for *unspoken* major corporation which implements J2ME into wireless technology in order to... Well, he happens to use Linux. His clients use Linux. Many of my clients use Linux for their servers. The internet is saturated with Linux servers. Many Linux servers = plural. I hope you took the time to read this. I also hope you have learned something today.
