Never mind the/. story being us-centric. What sucks are the contest conditions: "12. Eligibility. This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island".
This site www.robinhus.dk allows buyers and sellers to establish contact without the realtor middle-man. This means both parties save money on the deal.
On their posting terms page, they permit you to view and download a single copy of the posts for personal use. - That's fine.
However, then they continue to say you can't reproduce or distribute the "Materials" for public purpose without the written permission of Google.
This means you can't reply to a post if you include anything from the post you are replying to.
I wonder if it also applies if you are not replying to a Google post through Google, but with your own news-agent...
I would have included the relevant part from the posting terms page, but I am afraid to, because I havent't got their written permission.
A week or two will pass. The ACCC will announce they've had a meeting with representatives from the major film distributors and now that they understand the purpose of zoning, they find no threat to consumers. They will not repeat the explanation given them by the studios

I didn't realise that coffee was actually used for the protocols as well, I thought only us sysadmins needed the fix.
You're absolutely right. The company I work for recently got a quote for $2 for a Bluetooth chip containing up to the HCI layer. Obviously this is in mass quantities.
$100 must be for a completely integrated solution with every profile built-in and everything. That is not the normal way to go. - Either that, or he means a development kit of some kind.
Either way, it would be nice to know where he got those numbers from.
It's sad that a developers choice of language/tools can make him lose control over his own licensing policy.
Send your complaints to Sun. We have seen the same with eg. Microsofts Mobile something developers kit, and it is very sad.
Of course, if those promises were actually kept, then the election process would be less of a farce than it is today.
Nice to have a proof of vote. - That means you can get busted for selling your vote.
- Which I do hope is very illegal, even in the US.

The problem is probably that if this becomes common, the networks will not have as many viewers, and thus not get as much ad revenue.
You and I might not care about the networks' funds (especially because it seems like they have enough already), but they certainly do.
