We have a 100mbit switched network, and vnc doesn't have any noticeable lag. The annoying part is having to force a screen refresh because illegal ops don't show on the remote screen unless you do.
No word on what they plan to do with the massive amounts of carbon monoxide this will create as a byproduct?

There really is no need for every cop to be armed at all when they can call in armed backup as needed.
