So, let's say amazon ignores referrals from Morpehus' own proxy. How would Morphues tackle that? Well, they could sell referrals to other sites. And what would amazon's do about that? They still get flawed statistics, but then how do you single out which referrals are real and which aren't?
I heard something about microsoft disabling all plug-ins in IE 5.5 SP2, including QuickTime and you-name-it. However im not sure if it would apply to password manager plug-ins and such.
