this article basically restates everything that is known about how artists are ripped off, except in a lighter note, to make it seem an un-evil act. they neglect the artist's expences, be they legitimate or not. also, the writer is a lawyer, not an economist, so some of the points might be subjective to those cryptic legal interpretations. overall, nothing new, more of the same.
after this long, i'm assuming that DaVinci's patent on his bridge has expired. maybe it would be a boost for the tech industry if they all baked bread, waiting for patents to expire before they make the real dough.
I also have a Dragon Orb from thermaltake, and I was conned into it through propaganda from both their site (citing that it was ~37dBa) and from overclockers.com, also citing it in the sub-40dBa range. I assure anyone who buys this particular fan that they will have difficulty sleeping in the same room as their box. I can hear the thing from 2 rooms away, with the TV on!

just wait until this hits the infomercials.. they'll probably have some sort of offer for "therapeutic gel" that you bathe in. just toss your favorite electrical appliance in, and voila!
