Have you guys noticed that all 4 companies provide services via applications that run on you computer. AOL, Yahoo, and Microsoft all have IMs. Napster also has a application that runs on your computer from what I understand. Does this report count applications chatting back and forth with a server the same as actually browsing a website? If so, what would this report look like if only counted site visits via browser?
