One user posted that this image wont open in Photosop CS. And while it won't, it dose open in Adobe Image Ready 8, which comes with Photosop CS.
All you do is open the image in Image Ready, then hit Open In Photoshop (bottom of menu) or (Shift + Ctrl + M).
Bingo, banknote in photoshop.
