ISP must provide communication channel between interested parties. They must not care about actions of their users and content of their hard drives. Damn, nobody sues phone company when two criminals talks over a phone. I do not understand why big telecoms and other orgs do not push for a law which will separate telcos and ISPs from users . ISP must work like a pipe - I hire a pipe of XX GBs and use way I like for my own purposes.

I would say it was your wife's fault, so do not waste time on lawsuit. All such documents must be teared/shredded crossed to make them unusable. I suppose you don't leave you root password on a sticker rigth to your enterprise server, and blame everything on hackers right ?
My two cents, always mark with a Z unused spaces in any applications and other documents too and request a copy of application for yourself. Also check that sum of any deal is written not only in digits , but also in text. Otherwise you can soon find that your 10$ has become 10010$ e.t.c.

But it is not stealing - it is more like mandatory insurance. I am ready to pay a 7% of my income tax , to get free healthcare, thought I perfectly know that I could have spent very much less SO FAR.

I presume You would better take them to the death row and shot dead for an economy purposes... Oh no , pardon, sorry one shell costs a few cents, that multiplied with count of expendable people could summ up to few millions $$$. I suggest just bury them alive. Much cheaper. More trouble to push them them down into mass grave, but on the other hand - it requires less skilled labour force and less investments - no guns and shells necessary. Or make soap from them , like Germans did with an some millions of expendable jews. Very practical, indeed. Great new industry for the brave new world.

Don't CD-RWs or DVD-RWs sucks anyway even if they will burn at 100x ? They are standard equipment now almost the only option to give somebody a large file on a medium.
They are not as "easy to use",IMHO. Copy, erase,move in a snap with a usual HDD or even diskette. Compare it to CD-RW erase,make and burn cycle. Even so called packet writing have not helped much. It is not *difficult* to me. It is *annoying*. It is routine. I hate routine. Importing sessions, blanking,writing. Every day, few times a day,every file i get. I would like to spend my life more on thinking or coding , drinking beer whatever not mastering CDs.
More than 10 years most of people waits for a fast and high capacity standart random access rewriteable medium for PCs (MACs SUNs whatever).
Yet today we could see that brand new PCs are still equipped with a little and cute 1.44 MB floppy disk. ( sheesh only 2 times of modern CPU cache ).
Is there any hope left ? What do you think about this ? Will manufacturers negotiate about single standard someday ? Can we ( together ) do something to make this happen ?
P.S. remember good old days when you could bring everyhing with you in a few floppies:)
