I used to live in Ohio where they gave out speeding tickets on the turnpike based on the time stamp of your toll booth ticket, but they stopped that years ago. My guess is that all the damn orange construction barrels (fondly known as the Ohio State Flower) were enough of a problem that they could not fairly catch the speeders. And those who have drive through Ohio KNOW what I mean about the barrels!!
Just remember, Big Brother is watching through all these cool technical gadgets we have. All can be used for good or evil, depends on who is at the helm....
