I just picked up the e830 for 549 Cdn. (50 USD?). It has been pretty good so far (meaning I haven't encountered any faults... yet) vga screen, dual slot, wifi and all the trimmings.
Only reserve I have is Toshiba bailing out of the market.. What a bitch... Its the first pda i've ever bought. I'm so glad I'll never be able to buy compatible accessories! YES! I understand its bluetooth isn't compatible with many bluetooth devices! YES! I can't wait to burn more money on another! YES!
Rotse. I swear every and any word/acronym/setofcharacters containing o*tse or some form of it has, in my mind, been ruined forever. My first day at slashdot will continue haunt me to the end of my days.
Got myself the 30g 75GXP about 10 months ago, no problems yet, so I guess it looks like I'm a couple of months overdue for a massive failure. Just my luck. I hadn't heard ANYTHING bad about these drives. Now I'll spend the rest of its bit sucking life just WAITING for it to fail.
Maybe i should contact IBM now and have them send a replacement drive in advance...

It's fast too! I let my buddy borrow a wallet of 50 cds of The Simpsons... transaction only took about a second... 35GB/s!!!
