The International Open Source Network, in line with it's support of wider Free/Open Source Software usage in the Asia Pacific region is simply promoting the event and giving it coverage.
Yes, IOSN/APDIP/UNDP is taking a pro Free Software stance. But we definitely don't want to take credit for someone else's hardwork.
