I'm surprised that MC Chris wasn't mentioned here at all, what with his self proclaimed geekdom. Admittedly he's not rapping about coding, but I certainly think he's way outside the typical rap scene.
With his appearances on ATHF (as MC Pee Pants, SirLoin and the worm) and Sealab 2021 (Hesh) I think he at least deserves an honorable mention.
