Code Complete, Programming Windows, Knuth's volumes, Concrete Mathematics, the Revolutionary Guide to Assembly Language, Upgrading and Repairing PC's (Mueller), Linux Unleashed (of course), Windows Assembly Language and Systems Programming, and books covering the foundations of computer theory (cellular automata). unfortunately, my local public library doesn't books of this nature and i have to resort to buying them myself. i hope i was of some help.
