I think that the pain delivered by pepper spray would be greater than the pain from a taser..so if a taser is considered a form of torture why not pepper spray? but then again, I could be wrong.
I do agree with you that this is a fairly good size. If the creator is 23 miles across, judging by the picture the ice patch is at least 10 miles across. They already stated how deep the ice was "200 feet". I disagree completely with you and saying that this is not enough for sustainable human development. I'm sure this is enough water to sustain development for years to come, long enough for somebody to find water somewhere else. That's my two cents.
Being "behind that thing for a month" would not make it more dangerous to travel in space. Actually, it would make it safer to travel than conventional solid fuel rockets that causes explosions that could send your granny to the moon.
Carbon monoxide is toxic to us when we breath it. We would be breathing the air within the spacecraft...not it's exhaust.
because when doctors say that "come to the conclusion that something beyond medicine was the cure " it means that they don't understand what happened as it's in the unknown...this does not imply there is a greater force at hand here...it only implies we can't explain it...we probably will be able to in the future but for now technology is not advanced enough for us to explain it.
I agree 100% with you, it cannot be a user error. If the computer crashed because the user executed an event that was not predicted by the programmers...well it's the programmers fault for now being preventinve.
Another reason why it's multiple of 5

Our change system is not only multiples of 5 because it's easier for a teller to calculate change. But this way, if a teller runs ouf of quarters lets say, well he/she can make it up in nickels and dimes.
If our change system had coins of 18 cents, it would be harder to compensate in the event you ran out of 18 cents. Uhhh I think so!
Nothing is happening to the world that shouldn't be happening, there is some improvements and changes to be done here and there but we are doing ok. Computers are a PRODUCT of us, which will reflect us. Computers putting ladies out of the job in the 50's created some jobs for other people somewhere else. It's evolution, it's the week VS strong, it's always been our way of life. Having these computers becoming more and more competent can only be a good thing, narroying the gap between the week and strong is what I see it doing. Putting everybody out of work...well the less productive work maybe, giving people a chance to improve on themself and concentrate on more important things in life like LIFE... that can't be a bad thing. Artifcial Intelligence is not a bad thing, if it is than we are a bad thing. My god what is happening to the world? lol

I would suggest to go see a professional. Probably cheaper and less hassel
