The part about the death is indeed correct. It was a Dutch IT Entrepeneur who crashed into a tree on the Hilversumsestraatweg (N415). Tesla Netherlands was asked to investigate the logs and they declared that the card was driving at a speed of around 160 km/h (on an 80 km/h road) and that autopilot was not activated when the crash occurred.
