Uh...6 seconds isn't that slow. My 200 horsepower BRZ only does 0-60 in about 6 seconds, and that's if I'm flooring it and do a perfect launch and a perfect shift into 2nd.
I mean, yeah it's slow compared to a Nissan GT-R or a Tesla Model S, but it's still quicker than your typical Civic or Corolla.

Only in the short term. If you plan on staying in your house for a long time, they can potentially cost a lot more in the long run.
