There are lot of things that require power that we take for granted and are quite luxurious. I mean ignore the fact that they're trying to prevent people from travelling but can you imagine, if your vehicle required electricity and power was virtually free? Freedom to go anywhere, do roadtrips easier etc.
It's definitely a step in the right direction, I hope it goes well and ahead as planned.
