This. That's it. At first I laughed at my mom for not being able to find where the hell "menu" button is, in her new smartphone.
But then it came to me that it's not so strange after all. I am used to these crappy UI design, but I can't apply it to everyone.
3 dots for menu or 3 lines for menu don't make any sense, really. It's only natural some people can't find it.
