Its probably a bit off topic from this article, but i think this whole thing about being able to patent algorithms is just a stupid thing. Algos are not some kind of inventions, they are LOGIC, no one should be able to patent logic.
The patent bureau play god by giving patents for algorithms, they decide who can use logic for free and who must pay.
