I had @home service installed in mid-June. It worked great for 18 days then went down for 6 weeks. Twice I waited 10 days for a tech to show up and tell me it would be fixed in 48 hours. I fought with their clueless support personnel on numerous occasions. Finally I gave and told them to come pick up their useless equipment. I won't even go into the fight over installation charges for a service that only worked 2 weeks!!!
If these bozos treat all their customers with the same complete lack of respect, I don't doubt that they will never make money. Goodbye, @home! I won't shed a tear.
