Well, I have no idea of how our daily life will change after upgrading the infrastructure. In worst case, there may be no big differences in between year 2003 and 2010.
However, I'm 100% sure A/V quality of DivX movies (or something like that) will be improved and its file size much bigger in 2010.:-)
