This is interesting. I've never seen a linux review (bias or not) get such a slamming from the community. I've never seen such a review myself, and found it interesting nonetheless. Sure, it's far from perfect, but it does demonstrate some 'real world' example of possible deployment.
With that said, there is no way our company would 'switch' but I have at home - like many of us here. The work environment needs professional, robust, and easy to use applications. Linux needs industry software. It's coming. The more people use Linux, the more developers will pay attention to it.
Luckily I don't need industry software at home. Just the bare minimum to satisfy me. That's why Linux at home is viable.
