The other thing I don't understand is what do They DO with Their backdoor? How do They know WHICH ONE to decrypt with Their Master Key?
If the spy services are filtering through TENS AND HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of electronic items a day, how to expect to zero in on a couple of important encrypted emails. It's not like some code book in a war movie. THERE'S A GAZILLION EMAILS. PLUS, to filter they have to see what's going on, so that means EVERYTHING gets automatically decrypted just to be scanned?
It's mad. Sounds bad, too. But also, like, useless.
