This is complete nonsense. It is crazy to think the suspending civil rights can help the fight against the terrorism. It would be to get rid of what America should be most proud of. And people must be aware that the fight against terrorism is one that cannot be won. UK and Spain must still fight with IRA and ETA after several decades, and in conditions incredibly easier that the present case. This eagerness from the government about suspending civil rights means most probably the the terrorist attack is just a pretext.
People should remind that the Dark Side is just easier, not more powerful!
