Think of it in terms of software, which do you think works better: version 1.0 or version 9? In some respect you can consider a new design version 2 and we could apply some of the things we learned from our existing shuttle, but with the new design comes new technology which will have a similar path of ironing. I am not saying a new design is a bad idea, just that we have a significant investment in our current shuttle and thats why it has been around so long.
