Juniper routers can all handle IPv6 fine. The latest release of JUNOS (5.1) includes support for this, and it runs on any M series router (Juniper router) without any hardware upgrades necessary.
So when you say many high-end routers can't handle IPv6 you must be referring to Cisco:-)
