It would appear that the current systems will always be vunerable to a strong jamming signal, which may not even be real data. An empty carrier may be enough to mask out your command signal. The only method I can think of that would prevent this would be a CDMA radio link, which can pick out data below the noise floor. Frequency hopping
would also be needed to add an aditional layer of security.
