Pretty much any competitive checkers you can play in the US features compulsory jumps. All active checkers tournaments I'm familiar with use that rule. Certainly the upcoming world title match between Moiseyev and King will be played with that rule. It's part of the fundamental strategy of the game and has been for literally centuries.
