1. I have had EEGs done before. There are several types, and (generally) the more accuracy you want, the more electrodes and skull scraping are needed. How close can you get electrodes placed in a public area to a person's brain?
2. What about epileptics, others with neurological disorders, and those taking (legal) neurologically-active medication?
At least somebody could make a killing selling mobile processing power for these units.

"10. Make like a person with a mild (or severe) disability, either mental or physical. Our social training has engrained that these people are "invisible", and that they CERTAINLY should not be unduly hassled, as that's cruel."
Your comment brings up a side point: what about all the people who have disabilities who are on medication? The number of medications total that could cause problems for this machine is huge.
"For example, if you really wanted maximum security of your funds, you would put them in the bank physically and you would pull them out physically. You would not even use an ATM because the security is not maximum."
Then someone would just wait outside of the bank and steal your money. No 3|33+ skills involved. Paranoia can only go so far because this sort of thing is inherently exponential in terms of possibilities. I'm sure we've all heard of that old (and wise) saying about the only secure computer being the one in a sealed basement with the power cables cut off (or something like that).
