The real question is what are we all going to lose when (if?) analog tv goes away? I think the whole hdtv is a scam.. an excuse to convert to digital tv (without the high resolution).. forces us to have converter boxes, and of course with all that will come encryption and copy protection.. no more free tv, no more taping of tv shows (unless you pony up $$ ))...
any thoughts?
