So if ISPs get their way and charge more for certain types of traffic.. I wounder how much the surcharge will be. Do you think they will have a negotiated rate for Health Insurance providers ?
Don't be too torn.. The ESPC is tring to also wipe out any small player (like your mother) They have shutdown several independent designers, who were selling original designs, by threatening them and their customers.

Interesting how they do this at the same time they are dropping Analog signals from the network. (at least in my area)
